His passion for motorcycles was born with him: raised surrounded by fuel, engines, and two wheels, he turned that passion into a business that today reaches people all over the world.

It is his determination — his ability to never give up when faced with the first challenges — together with his desire to revolutionize, support, and grow the world of motorcycling, that has made Moto Trainer a global leader.

Today, alongside him, we are building a global community of motorcyclists who want to improve their skills, gain confidence and safety on the bike, ride faster, and have fun together while sharing the same passion.

Gianluca Cascone

MT Specialist

Gianluca has a genuine passion for motorcycles and is a key point of reference for our clients. He handles simulator installation support, both remotely and in person on-site for express installation services.

Tireless, organized, and always ready to travel, he is the key figure in guaranteeing top-quality service for anyone renting a simulator for events worldwide.

On the team, they call him “Bender” because he is a true powerhouse of resourcefulness: he always finds the right solution — and the right tools — in record time.

Guido Bartelloni

Production Manager

Guido is responsible for simulator production and customer support, treating every simulator with the care of someone working on their own personal project.

Born and raised around engines and motorcycles, his connection to the two-wheel world shows in every result of his work. He never settles: he is always looking for new solutions to improve the product and is extremely attentive to clients, patient enough to listen to them and clear when explaining how the simulator works and how to install it.

On the team, they call him “the Doctor” because he is exceptionally skilled at repairing simulators — whatever the issue, he always manages to restore them to like-new condition.

He is also an excellent riding instructor and operates at the Moto Trainer location in Florence.

Vito is a natural-born salesman: he has a remarkable ability to truly care about the client, understand their real needs, and propose the right solution for everyone.

He is eager to improve, work on himself, and keep growing continuously.
